PROCESSING:
Our fulfillment team will process your order within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

USA
We offer standard shipping to customers within the USA, starting at $5.00

Contiguous USA - once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-6 business days.
PO boxes & military addresses - your order should arrive within 4-45 business days.

International
Standard international shipping starts at $10.00, and may increase depending on the weight of your order. Please be advised that for the standard shipping option, your local post would be in charge of the actual delivery.

Delivery will take 7-21 business days after an order has shipped.
For customers from UAE, please include your P.O. box address when choosing our standard shipping method.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We offer competitive Express Shipping for both domestic and international orders. Select “Express Shipping” at checkout to see rates. Weight restrictions apply.

USA
Within the USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Unfortunately, express shipping is not available for PO boxes.
International

For international orders, delivery will take 2-6 business days after an order has shipped.

TAXES & VAT
Domestic shipments within the USA may be subject to state sales tax, depending on local state laws.

For international orders, please check the customs and VAT laws of your local region. In most cases, VAT and customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment.

Unfortunately, Flatbill will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws.
